1. Who We Are

Visible Legal Marketing Limited ("VLM", "we", "us", "our") is a claims management company. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 835293) for IVA claims management. Our business energy claims service is NOT FCA-regulated. Company number: 10263322. You can verify our FCA permissions for IVA claims on the Financial Services Register. Where we introduce you to a solicitor, that firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and will act independently.

2. Our Service and Status

IVA claims (FCA-regulated): We provide an initial assessment of potential IVA mis-selling and, with your consent, may introduce you to an appropriate SRA-regulated solicitor for legal advice.

Business energy claims (unregulated): We provide an initial assessment of potential business energy mis-selling and, with your consent, may introduce you to a specialist commercial solicitor. This service is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We do not provide legal advice; any legal advice is given solely by the appointed solicitor. You are free to choose another solicitor at any time.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
• Tell us promptly if your details change;
• Read, consider and keep copies of any information provided by us or by the solicitor.

4. Fees and Remuneration

We do not charge you for using this website or our initial assessment. If you proceed with a solicitor, that firm will confirm its fees and terms in its own client care letter/retainer. We may receive a referral fee from the solicitor for introductions; this does not affect the independence of their advice or your costs. Any such arrangements will be disclosed to you where required.

5. Eligibility, Outcomes and No Guarantee

Any eligibility result shown on this website is indicative only. Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your circumstances, evidence available and the solicitor's assessment.

6. Communications and Consent

By submitting our form, you consent to being contacted about your enquiry by email, telephone and SMS/WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent at any time. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact support@visiblelegal.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide our final response within 8 weeks.

For IVA claims (FCA-regulated): If you remain dissatisfied, or if we do not respond within 8 weeks, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge within 6 months of our final response: Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR. For business energy claims (unregulated): As this is not an FCA-regulated service, the Financial Ombudsman Service complaints route does not apply. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may seek independent legal advice or contact your local Trading Standards service.

If your complaint relates to legal services provided by a solicitor, please use that firm's complaints procedure. You may have rights to escalate to the Legal Ombudsman; the solicitor will explain this in their documentation.

8. Website Use

Site content is provided for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up-to-date but make no warranties that it is complete or error-free. We own or license the intellectual property in this site; you must not copy or redistribute content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on non-advisory information provided through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
